Terms and Conditions


Atarah jewel delivers free of charge throughout South Africa, door to counter. If you prefer door to door delivery, you can select this delivery option at a fee of R29.

  • For door to door deliveries, delivery times will be within 2-3 working days.
  • For door to counter deliveries, delivery times will be within 3-6 working days.

If there is a change with the stipulated delivery times, you will be notified.

Atarah Jewel delivers within business hours throughout South Africa. As the customer you specify where in South Africa you require delivery by providing a full delivery address and two reachable contact numbers that can be used with regards to your delivery.

A delivery is complete once the parcel has been handed over to the individual and the individual has signed for it.

Kindly note there may be a surcharge incurred by the customer if you reside in remote area. If this applies to you Atarah Jewel will contact you

Returns Policy

You may exchange/return your purchase, provided you notify us within 5 days after receiving the jewellery. If you do not find anything suitable to exchange your item for, you will be given a full refund in the form of store credits. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase provided the jewellery is returned in the same condition you have received it. That is the jewellery must be returned with its original packaging and must not be damaged or tampered with. All returns are sent to our quality control department, once the quality control check is completed, you will be notified. Please note that if the returned goods have not passed quality control, the jewellery will be sent back to you in the same condition it was returned.

Steps for returns:

  1. Download and fill out the returns form found on returns page. Please read the information on the returns form and ensure all details are filled in correctly.
  2. Email the form to
  3. Pack the items that you are returning in the original packaging.
  4. Once we have received your form we will contact you to arrange pick-up. You will be liable for a pick up courier fee of R120.
  5. Once the return reaches Atarah Jewel’s office, we will send the item/s to our quality control department to be assessed. When this process is complete you will be notified and issued with an exchange or a refund in the form of store credits.

 Kindly note returns will not be accepted if one or more of the following points are applicable


  • Body jewellery and earrings, due to hygienic reasons.
  • If the item purchased is defected due to reasonable wear and tear or negligence on your part.
  • If the Item is altered, engraved or resized, it will also not qualify for a return.
